Responsible

Responsible for the processing of your personal data on our website is ATR Racing parts GmbH – in consequence also “we”, “us” or “ATR”. Our contact details can also be found in the imprint or in the contact area of this site.

Data protection is important to us, therefore, we comply strictly with the statutory requirements of the DSG and the EU GDPR.

In the following, we will inform you in detail about the scope and purpose of our data processing as well as your rights as the person affected by the data processing. Data
Personal data is information about the factual or personal circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name, your telephone number, your address, as well as all inventory data that you submit to us or communicate to us if you make inquiries for our objects via the contact form. Basically, you can visit and use our site without disclosing personal information, but it is necessary for the processing of your requests data as described in the following point “contact form”.

Contact form

If you send us via contact form or e-mail, inquiries your contact details you provided there, will be saved for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The information you provide in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or delete the purpose for data storage (for example, after your request has been processed).
